He first specialised in tort law. He then turned towards business law. In 2015, he graduated with honours from the University of Antwerp with a Master in Business Law.

Philippe Denys has been working for Braeckmans Lawyers since October 2016. He specialises in private banking law, business law, law of obligations and contract law, as well as judicial law. He is also a teaching assistant at the KU Leuven for ‘Introduction to Law’.

It is an enriching experience to be part of a team of honest and driven people looking for qualitative and durable solutions for businesses and their stakeholders. As a teaching assistant at the KU Leuven, I also keep in touch with academic developments in (business) law. This strengthens my work as a lawyer and is to the client’s advantage.
